Julia Smith, Osteopath
Tugun
Blending a lifelong love of movement with a compassionate, hands-on approach, Julia supports people of all ages to move with greater ease and confidence. Her treatments are tailored to each individual, drawing on soft-tissue massage, dry needling, joint mobilisation and manipulation, cranial osteopathy, indirect techniques, and movement-based rehabilitation.
Julia has a special interest in caring for women through pregnancy, and finds great joy in supporting babies, children, and families as they grow and develop.
With a professional background in dance and over 15 years’ experience teaching Pilates, she brings a deep understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and heals. Julia also offers pre-pointe assessments, combining her clinical expertise with her dance experience to guide young dancers safely onto pointe and beyond.
