Melinda holds a Master of Osteopathic Medicine, and is a former SCU lecturer in paediatric osteopathy.
Melinda has a strong interest in treating babies and children, and is constantly learning and updating her skills in paediatric and cranial osteopathy.
Melinda has taught paediatric osteopathy, and indirect technique including cranial osteopathy at Southern Cross University and was responsible for writing the unit on these techniques. She also runs paediatric osteopathy mentor programs for early career osteopaths.
Melinda holds a Master of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences from Southern Cross University. She is also a certified HeartMath™ practitioner.
She is primarily interested in assisting infants and children and their families to adapt to the constantly changing dynamics that arise from birth onwards. She also has a special interest in infant and child oral function, orofacial growth and development with the aim of assisting each child to grow to the best of their potential.
Melinda practises in Tugun most days, Nerang on Tuesdays and at Matrescence Birthing Centres in Southport on Thursday mornings.
